A Journey to Dubrovnik — A Unique Croatian City Enclosed by Fortress Walls and Rich in Cultural Heritage
The excursion to Dubrovnik begins at 7:00 AM with a drive along the coastal road and a ferry crossing over the Bay of Kotor. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views of Perast and the island of Our Lady of the Rocks. After crossing the border into Croatia, we’ll make a stop at a scenic viewpoint offering a breathtaking panorama of Dubrovnik
This historic city, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its fortress walls, stretching over 2.5 km, reaching heights of up to 25 meters, and with a thickness of up to 6 meters. Accompanied by a guide, you’ll explore iconic landmarks of the old town, including the Church of St. Blaise, the Franciscan Monastery, the Rector’s Palace, the main street Stradun, and more. For those interested, an optional tour of the city walls is available, as well as a cable car ride to the mountain summit to enjoy breathtaking views of the city and the Adriatic Sea
After the guided tour, you’ll have 2–2.5 hours of free time to explore Dubrovnik at your own pace, stroll through the charming streets, visit local restaurants, and shop for souvenirs. In the evening, we’ll return to Montenegro, with rest stops along the way to enjoy the scenic coastal landscapes
